We’ve talked a lot about how different features in IOS 17 FEATURES will improve your digital life since its first public beta introduction in July. While Apple has publicly highlighted some of these features, there are many other changes that the company continues to remain silent about.
From understanding the washing symbols on your clothing tags to making it more difficult for websites to follow you, iOS 17 carefully improves your iPhone in a variety of ways. Here are 13 of them that you as a person should look into.
Advanced messaging search:-
Instead of having to go through your whole Messages history at once, you can now search for phrases in a specific Messages discussion with iOS 17. Start by opening Messages and entering a contact’s name. If you use the advanced search feature in Messages, it will display useful suggestions like “Messages from:,” followed by a Link, Photo, and Location. If you choose to just display messages from a certain contact, you can also choose to only display links, images, or locations. This will make it easier for you to find what you’re looking for quickly.

With iOS 17, you can finally search for phrases in specific Messages chats rather than your whole Messages history. To begin, launch Messages and enter the name of a contact. Messages will display useful advanced search suggestions like “Messages from:,” followed by Link, Photo, and Location. If you pick messages from a specific contact, you can narrow your search to include only links, photographs, or locations. This will allow you to quickly find what you’re looking for.

Photo cropping is much simpler now:-
To crop an image, you don’t need to press a few buttons anymore. Your iPhone will display a Crop button in the top-right corner when you open any image in the Photos app and zoom in using the two-finger pinch gesture. Tap it to instantly crop the image to whatever is visible on the screen.
Use interactive widgets to your advantage:-
One of the most significant new features of iOS 17 is interactive widgets, but how apps use them enhances it considerably more. Crouton, for example, allows you to access your favorite recipes without ever unlocking your iPhone. This functionality can be seen in action, and you may explore the widgets in other apps to discover what more is available.
Safari now has a cool “Listen to Page” function that lets you listen to any article you’re reading. To try it out, open an article and hit the aA button in the address bar, then pick Listen to Page—your phone will read aloud any text onscreen.
Passwords can be easily shared with family members:-

Ping your iPhone to your Apple Watch:-
For years, you’ve been able to ping your iPhone using your Apple Watch. If you keep forgetting where you put your watch, you can now ping it from your iPhone just as simply.
Create a new search engine for incognito mode:-
You can change the default search engine in Safari’s incognito mode. This manner, you can make use of
Google when searching in regular tabs, and a privacy-focused alternative for private browsing mode. Go to Settings > Safari > Private Search Engine and select your favorite option.
The passwords that have been forgotten can be reset:-
If you changed your iPhone’s passcode and forgot it, a new method is available that can help you. After typing a new unlock code, you’ll see a “Forgot Passcode” button for three days. You can use it to enter your old passcode and set up a new passcode to unlock your iPhone. (Of course, on day four, you’re on your own again.)
Delete one-time passwords automatically:-
One-time passwords tend to fill your text or email inboxes, but iOS 17 allows you to erase them automatically. You can easily configure an auto-delete option to erase these codes as soon as they are entered.
Link tracking information should be removed:-
When you share a URL with Safari, it comes with a lot of tracking data. Fortunately, you can now instruct Safari to automatically remove trackers from these URLs. This feature will improve both your privacy and the privacy of people with whom you exchange links.
Change the haptic touch speed:-
You can reveal content previews by tapping and holding on specific things with haptic touch. In Safari, for example, you may press and hold a URL to see a brief preview. While you could previously modify the speed of this motion, iOS 17 introduces a new speed option for you to attempt. Some people like speedier previews, while others prefer far slower previews. To change this, navigate to Settings > Accessibility > Touch > 3D & Haptic Touch. Scroll down to Touch Duration and choose one of three options: Fast, Slow, or Default. Previously, you had only two options: Fast or Slow.
